ZED Delivery SMS / text messaging terms
These terms govern the text messages ZED Delivery sends to the mobile number you provide. By giving us your mobile number when booking a delivery or signing in, you agree to these terms.
1. What messages you'll receive
ZED Delivery sends transactional text messages related to your use of our service, including:
- Booking confirmations and receipts;
- Delivery status updates (for example, "picked up" and "delivered"), with a link to track your delivery;
- One-time account verification (sign-in) codes.
These are service messages tied to your bookings — not marketing.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number to ZED Delivery, you consent to receive the text messages described above at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Providing your number for delivery updates is part of receiving the service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — typically a few messages per booking (confirmation, status updates, and any code you request).
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan and carrier. ZED Delivery does not charge for the texts themselves.
5. How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages. You may receive a final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@zerodelivery.ca or 250-681-8834.
If you opt out, we may no longer be able to send you delivery updates by text, and may use email instead where available.
6. Carriers & availability
This messaging service is available to subscribers of supported Canadian mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to your carrier's network.
